FLY-IN AND BRATWURST LUNCH

PECAN PLANTATION AIRPARK

 

 

Food, Flying, Fun!!

 

·       If you own an airplane, please wash it and fly in.

·       If you live at Pecan, please bring out your flying machine(s).

·       Enjoy a bratwurst lunch for a small donation.

·       Hangar flying, buddy rides, food and fun.

·       In the event of bad weather, come out and have some fun anyway.  We’ll need help eating all of those brats!  They will be at the hangar of Bob & Marilyn Satterwhite.  Call (817)326-5424 for a recorded message if you are unsure about plans for the day.

 

Pecan Plantation Airpark is 3600’ paved.  Runways are 18 and 36 with standard left hand patterns.  Unicom frequency will be manned on 123.05.  The elevation is 700 feet.  Parking will be on the northeast end of the field.  Back taxi on the grass on the west side of the runway.  Contact Don Saint (817) 579-0941 for additional information about the Airpark operations and facilities.

 

     **********DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE RUNWAY!!**********

Walk around the north end of the runway after looking both ways for airplanes.

Please remember that safety is the first priority!!
